LAW OF GIVING AND RECEIVING

“We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.”

The universe operates through a dynamic flow. Giving and Receiving are separate parts of the flow of energy in the universe.
Dr. Deepak Chopra listed it among his spiritual laws in his book “Seven spiritual laws of success”.

WHAT IS THE LAW OF GIVING AND RECEIVING

This law says that everything you give makes you multiplied. Giving always brings a return, it may not be immediately or in the same way, but it always returns multiplied. For every giving there must always be receiving.

Now, for something to come back you must be open to receive.

There are people who are very closed to receiving, due to beliefs related to guilt and other emotions.

In reality, receiving is not the same as giving because giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe, although very complementary. Therefore, if you stop the flow of either of the two, you will hinder the flow of nature’s intelligence.

You can’t evoke receiving without giving and you can’t evoke giving without receiving

The more you give, the more you will receive, because you will keep the abundance of the universe circulating in your life

In reality, everything that has value in life is multiplied only when it is given. What is not multiplied through giving, is neither worth giving nor receiving.

MOTIVE BEHIND GIVING

In giving and receiving the most important thing is the motive

If in giving you feel that you have lost something, then the gift has not actually been given and it will not generate abundance. When you give reluctantly, there is no positive energy behind your giving.

When the act is unconditional and comes from the heart, the retribution is directly proportional to what is given,

That is why the act of giving must be joyful; the mental attitude should be such that the joy of giving is felt immediately. Through this, the energy in the act of giving multiplies many times more.

“Does this mean that if I just give, I will receive?”

This statement is not entirely true since a fundamental quality is missing. The intention and the feeling behind the delivery is very important .

To give a practical example, if you give a gift to a friend and your feeling is of loss of money, in that case there is no commitment in your giving and there is no energy behind that provision. Therefore you are not putting into practice the law of give and take.

The most important thing is the intention behind the delivery and its receipt. It must be an intention to create happiness for both the giver and the recipient , as happiness supports and sustains life.

The best way to put the Law of Giving into operation and put the whole process in circulation is to make the decision that anytime you come into contact with another person, you will give them something.

It doesn’t have to be something material; it can be a flower, a compliment, or a prayer; in fact, the most powerful forms of giving are not material.

Gifts of care, attention, affection, appreciation, and love are some of the most precious gifts that can be given, and they cost nothing.

How to practice the Law of Giving and receiving

1. Give what you want:

If you want happiness, you must give happiness to others;  you want love ?, then you have to learn to love others; if you want attention and appreciation, learning to give attention and appreciation is the answer; and if you want material abundance, then you must help others to have abundance.

In fact; the easiest way to get what you want is to help others get what they want .
This principle works for individuals, corporations, societies, and nations.

If you want to be blessed with all the good things in life, you must first learn to silently bless everyone with the good things in life.

Even thinking about giving, blessing, or a simple prayer has the power to affect others. This is because the body, reduced to its essential state, is a mass of energy and information located in a universe of energy and information.

2. Ask for what you need

Asking is another aspect of the ability to receive. To say in a direct and clear way what you want or need is to be willing to receive from the other, from life or from the universe.

But instead of asking without doubts and fears, on many occasions you complain about the lack of help and support. However, others cannot and should not guess what you need; it is your responsibility to communicate it.

In fact, you deserve the best in life for who you are, beings of pure light, Love and goodness.

3. Help others get something:

For example, if you want to get money, you can help others to earn money. This is very clear when you observe the operation of companies. A company will pay you a lot of money if you help it earn a lot of money. The more a supplier contributes to the benefits of their customer, the greater the reward they will receive.

You can make the decision to deliver something whenever you come in contact with someone . It may consist of giving something material, giving them a sincere compliment, or simply having positive thoughts toward that person.

Conclusion

The more we give, the more we will receive . If we begin to think of the universe as a whole instead of believing that we are isolated beings, it will be easier for us to understand how this law works. It is important that we pay attention to giving everything we want to receive.

The delivery must contain a pure intention always seeking the happiness of both parties and we must not fall into the error of thinking that we will receive from the same source to which we deliver something.

We are all connected by the field of pure potentiality and we will never know the channels through which we will receive what we deliver .

I recommend that you put this simple principle into practice and that you verify its veracity yourself. It is not about believing for believing, but rather about putting into practice and observing.
