Do Exercise:

Exercise will not only keep your body in shape but also adequate to relieve stress and anxiety. Exercise releases endorphins also referred to as the “happy hormones” to ease tension. Not to mention, it also reduces the risk of stress-related illnesses like high blood pressure and heart disease.

Control Your Thoughts:

Avoid focusing on negative thoughts. Negative thoughts are just to give you pain that can increase feelings of stress. Stop thinking about them and start consuming positivity in yourself. Make positive friends, read motivational stories and do something productive.

Eat Healthy:

Eat healthy to lessen the effects of stress, build up your immune system, better your temper and lower your blood pressure. It can also reduce the risks of diet-related diseases. Eating junk food and lots of sugar or fat can seem even more appealing when you’re under a lot of stress.
